I was pretty amazed with the robot design of MP9. Rodimus Prime looks every bit like his character in Transformers The Animated Movie. Though the main drawback of MP9 is his transformation into vehicle mode. It’s complicated and possibly due to QC issues, it’s practically impossible to have all four wheels touching the ground nicely. I’m not the only one having this problem, the forums are full of complaints.

Even with the issues, MP9 is a winner in my eyes. I’ll be leaving him posed as in the pictures, cause his vehicle and trailer mode aren’t anything special anyway. Every prime needs a nemesis, and Rodimus’s is Galvatron. MP10? I sure hope so!

A good start to February. The awesome looking Masterpiece Rodimus Prime, TF United figures and Predator. Will be ripping open the boxes this CNY weekend!

I’ve been MIA for quite a while due to my 3 week long ICT, finally managed to sit down and post about my scores this month. Hot Toys Iron Man 2 Mark IV and some Transformers United figures.

Also got a whole lot of Marvel Universe figures that were back logged delivered. Have yet to open them, but they will be ripped open soon enough.

The teaser trailer of Transformers 3 is out and it’s lookin good! There’s even a hint of Alpha Trion there. Could also be Vector Prime. Either way, it’s a good link to the TF lore. Can’t wait till July 2011. The youtube link’s below. You can find the HD link here.

Only managed to take a pic of my latest scores last night. Had a happy time collecting these a couple of weeks back when they were released. My room’s renovation is completed and I’ll be ripping open a few of these boxes to display the awesome figures in my new display area. Can’t wait!

Got myself the Masterpiece Starscream Ghost version as well as Hot Toys DX03 – Michael Jackson Bad Version. Awesome stuff! I don’t have enough space to display them currently, but I definately will after the renovations to my place towards the end of the year.

As usual Hot Toys gives us a beautiful packaging. A small Bad vinyl record. Not real of course.

The King of Pop! Beautiful sculpt. His costume also looks great! Can’t wait to pose him.

Checked out the shops over the weekend and collected my Alternity Skywarp and Starscream. The car mold is looking very nice. Managed to find the 3 figures from the latest wave that I have been searching high and low for. A successful weekend I say.

I’m pretty excited about the upcoming game. The E3 trailer and demo clips have been awesome! Bring it!

It’s been a pretty quiet month for toy shopping. Helps me to save for the big ticket items coming up soon. I got the revoltech Alien figure and the WST Communicator (Shockwave). Two small but pretty cool figures.

Pics of the upcoming Alternity Starscream and Skywarp have been released. I have been impressed with the Alternity series thus far and have grabbed every release. The sculpts and designs do look better than the earlier Binaltech series, though the size is a bit smaller.

Starscream and Skywarp look pretty awesome from the pics. I esspecially like Skywarp’s colours. Will definitely be pre-ordering these.
