I walked up and down Cat Street and couldn't find the store and when I asked at Kiddyland in Cat Street (including showing them a print-out of this blog post), the staff said that Astro Mikes had closed. I'd also highly recommend Mandarake in Shibuya for "Western" toys. I found the selection there to be wider than at Mandarake in Nakano. I’m not sure how reliable it is, but it appears that Astro Mike has closed.
